"I have been buying ScoopAway complete from Costco for years as a satisfied customer, until just in the past month the formula is very different. Larger granules, more dust, and no odor control whatsoever. The granule size actually changed from medium size to smaller size, which I loved, but then it went total to the larger granules, like the Kitty Litter brand. It totally sucks. What happened? I'm definitely changing brands as this litter is terrible now"

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No longer my go to litter This was the Best litter up until three or four months ago. Now there are zero blue and white crystals, it's all gray and my cat is tracking it everywhere. What happened to this litter? If isn't broke Don't Fix It!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Recent change in formulation is NOT good! I have been a loyal Scoop Away customer for 14 years. Then, you decided to "add charcoal," if that is in fact what you did this year to change the formulation. it is NOT good. Requires more than twice as much product to do the same job as with the old formulation. You know what that means, right? I am now spending more than twice as much on cat litter as I was spending before you changed it! I have to switch brands.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dust Free??? Everything within 10 feet of the litter boxes is covered with dust. When I clean the boxes it kicks up a cloud of dust. We have been using this litter for several years and didn't have this problem until you change to this new finer litter. You need to change your product label. This litter is nowhere close to 99.9% dust free!

I only buy this brand and it’s very hard to find around me. BJ’s is the only store! Guarantee everyone would use this litter if they try it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Kitty Litter I used to use Scoop Away a long time ago. Now I wanted ro try again. I love it and my cat loves it. My cat Lucky pees a lot. It turns into a hard ball. It was very easy to scoop out. A lot better than what I read in the other reviews. It definitely not mushy.
