Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad change you've made! I've been using this product since my 18.9 year old cats were old enough to use traditional litter. What in the world did you do? The current litter is horrible! It turns to wet clay on the top, gets stuck in my cat's pads, gets tracked through the house in the form of little clay footprints. Under the wet clay is cement, if I can't clean the boxes twice a day. That is not clumping! Also, I need to wash their feet so as to not cause them pain and to help reduce the paw prints all over my house. I am now checking other brands. I tried Arm & Hammer so far and it looks like you've had you hand it that as well. Bad decision!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Why did you change the formula?! We've been cat owners for 17 years, and for as long as I can remember, scoop away multi-cat has been our go-to litter. It clumped well and controlled odor for 2 cats. We keep ordering the same litter, but it appears that the formula has changed (and not for the better!) It looks like gray sand, doesn't clump, gets tracked around on their paws, and doesn't control odor. Bring back our favorite old formula!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible litter I have been buying scuba way cat litter for 20 years now but the last time I bought it it sucked. It's like Gray sand doesn't clump and I always buy the multi cat and I smell no scent at all. I always buy the 38 pound which costs quite a bit of money and now I'm stuck with all this crappy litter. Please go back to the regular formula. Cats are picky and you can't just change their litter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why did the product change??? We have used this product for 9 yrs, and it was great until the most recent purchase. We knew when we poured it that something was different. Apparently the cats know, too. One of them has decided to poop elsewhere since we put in this new batch of cat litter. This is NOT good!!! Please change it back!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from False advertising of "clumping " litter I've been using this product since 2012. Always happy with it UNTIL the last month's or so purchase. I buy 20 38 pound packages at a time. So I'm stuck for awhile with this HORRIBLE product. Advertised on packages as "Clumping" litter. NOT!! I don't know what prompted you to change the formula?? But you apparently Removed the clumping agent! Now we ate left with extra time and effort of cleaning up NON-CLUMPING muddy messes!!😡 Will use up my current supply and will NOT be purchasing this product Ever Again!

Just put it in the litter box 1 day ago In a clean washed litter box. Poor quality product! False advertising!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New formula — bad results Since the formula was changed, it’s like scooping wet cement. Sticks to my scooping tools and leaves a mess in the box. Takes twice the time to do a good job cleaning boxes. I will be looking for a different brand.
